Who: Pam and Alana What: Catching up When: Tonight Where: Fangtasia Warnings: It's Pam, so probably.
Some people could probably claim that a life at a bar could be pretty tedious after a while, but even after spending so many years in Fangtasia, Pam actually didn't mind it. Sure, there were nights when people would get on her nerves more than usual, and she wanted to essentially maim someone before it was time to close, but after seeing her bar burn to the fucking ground, she had grown to appreciate it. Not that she would admit it, but that was neither here nor there. Pam liked to see what kind of customers she'd get, and in this day in age it was always intriguing to see what people would do for a drink. Some would seem appalled at the idea of blood letting for a whiskey, others would be fascinated. It would just depend on the person, and Pam was always willing to test them. At least the ones she found interesting enough to tempt. Some nights she would just hang back and have her fun from a distance, other nights she liked to be more involved in what was going on.
One thing never changed, though. Pam was the queen, and this was her fucking domain. She dressed the part, and she sure as hell behaved the part as well. There was no 'act,' no exaggeration of her behavior to convince someone that she was a badass vampire. Pam was self confident and strong, and she loved displaying that out in the open. It was as bold as her bright red lipstick, and it served her well, so why the hell not.
As she walked around the bar, making sure no asshole was starting up any shit in her bar, she eyed the people that were filing in and drinking at the bar. At least there were no more baby slayers goofing around like the other night, because, fuck. That had been a weirdass night. Instead she spotted Alana walking in, though. Pam had met her on the road and, while she didn't really quite like being asked too many questions, she did like the doc. Pam hadn't met anyone that was fascinated by vampires in the sense that Alana was, and that alone made her interesting to her.
Walking over to the bar, she took the stool next to Alana and shoo'd the vampire that was the bartender for the night after Alana got her drink and she got a whiskey of her own. "Prison life got too boring for you tonight, Doc?"
