Who: Bo and Jack
What: Making new friends
Where: Fangtasia
When: This evening
Warnings: A succubus and an intergalactic ho-bag walk into a vampire bar...
"Under fae. Under my toes in my new boots, under my nails, under my hat in my hair..." Bo grumbled as she let herself into her apartment and began immediately stripping out of her mud, blood and guts covered clothing. There was no point in dragging the slime through her new, mostly empty hovel. A girl had to have her standards. As badly as Bo longed for a hot soak in the bathtub she had to settle for a quick shower. The under fae that she'd found in the woods had done a number on her and it was too long since she'd had her fill of chi. If she didn't feed, and feed well tonight then she wouldn't be healing any time soon. So she hurried through her shower and pulled on a soft, slinky dress that would be easy to pull off and her second favorite new pair of boots and made for Fangtasia. She'd been meaning to check the bar out since she'd arrived anyway.
It wasn't like she was actually starving. After all, she and Lafayette had traveled together for a while and his chi was delicious. She wasn't his type but they had a good arrangement; he would let Bo feed a little bit from him in exchange for protection. Bo was glad for a steady supply of life force and the company. Being around Lafayette made being separated from her Kenzi a little bit more bearable. But even though Lafayette was tasty an good company the cold hard truth was that while Bo could sustain life feeding off of one human - she couldn't perform at her best and most importantly she wouldn't heal. Something she'd learned the one time that she was foolish enough to try being monogamous. As much as Bo loved Lauren, her body didn't care. Thankfully as a doctor specializing in Fae, Lauren knew even better than Bo that she needed more. Hunger was hunger.
Just walking through the doors of Fangtasia was enough to give Bo a jolt of chi. It wasn't packed but there was enough energy to go around. Bo immediately identified several types of supernatural and mentally sifted through their sexual auras to see who was burning hottest. The knot of hunger in her belly got tighter and Bo forced herself to take a deep breath and let it out slowly as she sauntered up to the bar.
Just because she was hungry and hurt didn't mean that she couldn't take her time, enjoy the atmosphere and savor the evening. There was a time when she would have just raced through it: picking up someone, using her touch to get them going, sucking them dry and moving on before the sheets even cooled. But that wasn't her anymore. She controlled her urges, not the other way around. So she took a seat and spent equal time eyeballing the customers and hitting on the bartender who had a smoking hot body and a mouth so foul that Bo wanted to throw her up against the wall and shove her tongue down the woman's throat just to hear what she'd say when Bo let her up for a breath. She had a great aura and another time Bo would enjoy the chase but after dealing with the under fae earlier she honestly wasn't interested in working that hard. She'd settled on a hot vampire across the bar when a man walked in and sat down in a booth. He was good looking but what caught Bo's attention was the level of chi radiating from him. Bo paid for a bottle of bourbon and two glasses and joined him.
"Hi, I'm Bo. Mind if I join you?"
