Finn had a point there. Her own issues aside, Everett was a busy place that never seemed to calm down for long. At the very least nothing as bad as the leviathans had shown up in town. She'd caught the tail end of that clusterfuck and she'd gladly take ghosts being brought to life over the other every time. "I know right," she agreed with him. "I've seen a lot of surprising things since the virus broke out but it seems like this place has something new to offer all the time."
Rogue tucked a stray lock of her hair behind her ear and shook her head. "No," she answered with a bit of disappointment in her voice. Scott, Jean, and the Professor were long gone. She probably should be happy that they hadn't seen how the world had turned out but all three of them had died way before their time. A part of her hoped that they would come back and she had been checking the network to see if a post from any of them had popped up after all those ghosts had shown up in town. It was no surprise, though, that they hadn't come back. "It's fine, probably better that they don't come back if they found peace on the other side." She hoped that was the case.
"Hey, I got an idea, feel like working out some of your frustration?" Walking was all well and fine but she spotted a bat not too far from them probably left out by some of the younger people from inside of the prison. Rogue picked up her pace and grabbed it with a bright look before she turned around to face Finn. "How's your aim?" She took a look around until she found a couple sizable rocks on the ground. "No one'll mind if we hit these beyond the gate."
