Things for Isaac had been rough, to say the least, for awhile now. Given everything that had gone down, he'd felt it best to leave the prison and go stay with Destiny. He felt like he was spiraling more and more out of control and she was the only one who could help him. His anchor, so to speak, in the whirlwind his life had seemingly become. So many things had happened, things he could never take back and things he hated himself for. But, these things were not his fault, he was someone's puppet, a weapon to be used against those he loved most. It was a hard reality to face and he'd struggled with it before ultimately deciding he couldn't really face it, so he'd left his pack and his friend behind. Destiny was someone he knew could help him, so he'd decided distance with everyone else until that happened was the best option.
He'd come a long way in the time he'd been here with her, she'd managed to work through a lot of his more surface type stuff and even started to chip further away into his psyche. It was good, the progress they were making. Destiny knew Isaac in a way no one ever really had and she was helping him more than either one of them probably even realized. He'd never been someone who opened up like he found himself doing with Destiny and under different circumstances, it could be something special. But he knew it wasn't like that, despite her tender approach, it was her helping him, fixing all of what was broken inside.
As she called for him, Isaac made his way into the kitchen, watching her curiously as she gestured for him to sit. Though, as she explained they were going to try something different and it wasn't going to be fun, Isaac felt his stomach knot up and that fear wash over him again. He looked helpless and scared as he met her eyes, that fear only intensifying as she explained her plan further. Isaac sucked in a panicked breath. Dick Roman?! She wanted to contact him?!
Isaac's breathing grew more rapid and he looked down at her hand covering his before lifting his eyes back to hers. "I don't know." He started, his brow furrowing to match the frown at his lips. "Are you sure this is a good idea? What if..." He paused, taking a deep breath. "I don't want to hurt you too."
