James chuckled a little and shook his head. "Warriors never live long Destiny," he returned easily. "I'm nothing special. Just a man who's been turned into a weapon, a Soldier." His eyes drifted down to her finger that was lingering on his palm.
"Trust has to be earned," he returned, watching as she trailed her fingers up his arm. He almost chuckled when he realized she was trying to seduce him. But her words about her finding the missing part of himself had him drawing his dark eyes back to her face. "The piece of me that's missing is dead Destiny," he returned, his voice soft. He shifted and brought his cybernetic arm up and reached out, tracing her face with a metallic finger.
"And the missing part of me isn't something as simple as my left arm." His own voice had gone seductive as he spoke. Two could play the seducing game after all. But let her think that she could help him. At least for now.
As she pulled him up out of the chair he returned the kiss.
