"I wouldn't mind watching him bash him into next year with his hammer," Jill said bitterly. It was hard to feel so angry all the time. Exhausting really, but it seemed to be her default method lately. Anger was just always there.
Flipping her hair back, she nodded at her sister. "I can. In a weird way it was easier to feel you through our blood or whatever now than it is when we have our abilities."
Christian arched an eyebrow at that. "Maybe because so often you are consumed by Adrian's thoughts and needs that you don't feel your own."
The younger woman shook her head. "We focus on each other. I can't stand not feeling him with me. It's like more than my abilities are gone. They took him too."
"No, Loki didn't take him. He's here, you just have to deal with him like the rest of us do."
