"A witch, huh?" Christina kept her arms folded over her chest as she circled around the other blonde. She was so teeny tiny it was amazing she had lived this long. But again, appearances could definitely be deceiving. Christina looked sweet, angelic even but she could be a downright bitch when she was mad. Her anger tended to bring a wrath that most humans couldn't withstand.
"I've never run into one of you before. I can feel it though, it's power." She gave Cassie the once over. "I'm Christina. Definitely not a witch. If you can guess what I am I'll give you a million dollars." Christina smirked. The irony was that Chris really was rich back when money actually meant something. Kingston, the man who raised her had set her up to be wealthy and never want for anything. Christina's real father had made him a successful man. And also because money didn't mean a damn thing anymore. What would a million dollars give you? Toilet paper?
Christina backed off a little bit, but only a little and let her arms drop to her side. The Witch didn't seem like a threat. Her power was dark and she was just watching her, not trying to bury daggers in her heart. Cassie didn't seem like she played for the other side which automatically made Christina relax a little bit. She wasn't human either. What were witches like? Christina didn't know.
