If Aidan thought of Josh and Isaac in the same line he'd really think less of Josh. Isaac was leaps and bounds ahead in control and basically every aspect of 'being human' that they'd wanted to hold on to so much. That's why for him it was so shocking that anyone would hate or dislike at all what they were. The bite was a gift. He just couldn't get that part out of his head. At first he hadn't wanted to say anything but how could he not?
"Sounds like he didn't have a problem with what he was." not that Isaac was condoning that way of being...but it was true. "What made you so upset about it? Seems to me that being more than just human is pretty great. Offering that to other people? I mean that's not so bad, is it?" he shrugged and looked away from Aidan for a moment to gather his thoughts, hand stroking at his mouth absently "Maybe it's different for vampires or something but Derek did me a favor. The bite helped us." Us of course being he and his two teenaged pack mates. One felt invisible and was eaten by guilt, one was epileptic and had a hard life, and then there was Isaac....horribly abused and futureless. It was no wonder it was hard for him to understand feeling like a monster when the most monstrous people he ever knew were human.
