Who: Pam and Tara
What: Visiting what remains of Fangtasia
When: Tonight
Where: Burnt down Fangtasia
Warnings: With these two? Probably
Pam had never been the nostalgic type, even when she was still a human. There was no room for nostalgia in her life, there was just no point. Why be obsessed with something that was over and done with, or keep something that was no longer of use? It was easier to move forward and not look back. It had gotten Pam far in life, to build and strengthen her already thick skin. In many ways it had helped her survive, and she'd be damned if she was going to start with that now.
Visiting Fangtasia tonight wasn't because she was feeling nostalgic, or any of that bullshit. She didn't believe so, anyway. After the fire had happened, she had been so wrapped up in her rage and thirst for revenge that she hadn't even considered going back to whatever remained of her bar. Then the whole fight against Roman happened, and what she had said to Sookie hadn't been a lie - she really had been enjoying her time off. Lately it had been rare for her and Tara to have anything else to worry about except for enjoying each other's company; it had been a good breather after the clusterfuck that had happened thanks to Dick Roman.
Dick Roman was now gone, and now... Now what? Landing just a few feet away from the charred remains of the bar, Pam set Tara down as she surveyed the scene in front of her. For someone that was usually so loud and brash, the vampire was just silent as she looked at the reminder of what once was. Fangtasia, burnt down to nothing but a shell of what it once had been. Sookie had offered to have her 'friends' help out in remodeling, but Pam wasn't sold on that just yet. Pam didn't trust Sookie, and that hadn't changed just because the fucking fairy had pulled her and Tara out of the fire that night. Some things just were too hard to change this quickly, even in the middle of a damn apocalypse.
Turning to Tara, she smirked although it didn't seem all that amused. "What do you think. Ready to rebuild this shit?"
