"Deal, although technically speaking, we can shoot. It's aiming that's a bitch and a half." She flashed him a grin before her gaze moved out to the gate of the prison. She wasn't too worried about her skills with a gun yet. Cameron was a good teacher and as long as she continued practicing, Rogue was sure she'd be decent in time.
After a careful look outside, her eyes flicked over to Isaac in curiosity. Her lips parted in a delighted laugh when he grew and retracted claws. The more time she spent in the prison, the more it felt a little like Xavier's school. "That's so cool. I'd guess you're a mutant but I've been wrong with that guess lately." Except for Molly, it reminded her to seek the girl out and get to know her better.
Her own gaze fell to her hands and she wiggled her fingers a little. "I'd do a little show and tell for you too but, um, you really wouldn't appreciate that." Or maybe he wouldn't feel it. She'd ran into two immune people but Rogue wasn't careless enough to make that assumption about everyone that was different. "I'm a mutant and my ability is absorbing people's life energy. I do that through my skin and I can't turn it off hence the gloves and long sleeves. The longer I hold on, the more I take and hurt people. If I hold on long enough, it's fatal." She cleared her throat and shrugged in a what can you do kind of gesture. "It's not all bad, though. I can temporarily absorb others' abilities as well."
She grinned. "I absorbed the ability to control fire a few times among other things. It was fun while it lasted." Rogue wasn't going to feel sorry for herself, she'd done enough of that.
