Rogue hadn't truly felt as though she was part of the prison community despite having made a couple of friends until this very moment. It was the first time in a long time that she finally felt like she belonged again, that she had something and someone to fight for aside from herself. It was thrilling to have so much to lose again and she sure as hell wasn't going to let that slip through her fingers because these monsters thought they had the right to hurt those weaker than themselves.
Her bare fingers flexed as she waited for the signal, eager to finally put this to an end. When the signal came, Rogue flashed Logan a bright smile before her gaze hardened and she waited for him and Thor to provide her the distraction she needed. She didn't have to wait long, Logan had always been a great fighter that never feared throwing himself into the fray and Thor seemed to be cut from the same cloth. The second the Leviathan busied itself with both men, Rogue ran up to the creature and threw her bare arms around its neck, making sure to avoid the rows of sharp teeth.
The leviathan let out a shriek as it's veins bulged, its energy quickly draining as it flowed from its body into Rogue through her skin. Unlike the last time with Molly and Sam, Rogue was prepared for the all consuming hunger that slammed into her as soon as she touched the thing. She buried the urge to eat deep, deep down and focused on the power now thrumming through her body. "Now!" The Leviathan's strength was her own and that was more than enough to keep the damn thing within her hold as it started thrashing in her arms as it already started to heal from her touch.
