Who: Dawn Summers, Anna, & NPC Leviathan When: While she's being held Where: A cell Rating: Medium-high for language and slight violence Status: In progress
Dawn had no idea how long it took for whatever they'd drugged her with to wear off, but when it did and she managed to make her body listen to her mind, she had spent a good deal of time trying to break free of the cell she was in. It was pretty much a cage - metal bars stronger than they looked kept her in a tiny room. If anything, it looked like an older version of a jail cell, but not nearly as well kept as the prison she usually lived in. When she'd been brought food the first time, Dawn had eaten it without thinking, and that had been a mistake.
Now, though, the drugs had worn off yet again and she stared towards the door. Her fingertips were bloody from trying to dig around where the bars met the floor, or in between the stones, trying to find some way to break free, but she'd barely noticed the pain. Now, she wondered just where everyone else was. After all, she could dimly remember that she wasn't the only one who'd been taken by Roman - and someone had died, she thought, but try as she could, Dawn had no idea who. What mattered now was staying alive, because she knew Connor would want her to. She had to stay alive so he could find her. And to piss off Roman because she doubted he really wanted her alive. He wanted to eat everyone, apparently...and that just led to a whole 'nother set of unpleasant thoughts. As food was slipped into her cell, Dawn glared at the Leviathan until it left, then kicked out at the tray to send it skidding out of the cell and against the far wall. Curling up, the brunette slipped her arms around herself and closed her eyes so she could concentrate on ignoring her hunger. Being in the prison almost a year had left her soft - she'd gone longer without food and lived. She could do the same now.
