Who: Charlie and Colleen DOUBLE Cs Y'ALL THAT'S WASSUP
What: Bringing Charlie to the prison so C can have a roommate
Where: out in the town of Everett
When: mid afternoon
Warnings: Two polar opposites become roommates. Should be fun times.
C wasn't really the rescuing damsels in distress kinda girl. Not unless you counted rescuing Adrian anyway but that didn't count because they were already buddies. She knew she was a slayer and that had a certain stigma to it but C never had a chance to fulfill any of that potential. She finally got all the cool slayer powers only for the world to go straight to hell in a handbasket. She had basically zero experience when it came to actually slaying vampires. Now zombies she could hold her own with, she'd slain her fair share of them. But vampires? She would never admit but they scared her more than a little bit. Especially the ones who lived in the projects that she kept hearing about.
She did know that she was up next for a roommate. Colleen had enjoyed the single. It wasn't as if she had a boyfriend or anything to share it with but she could do her own thing. And that included plastering the walls with posters of pretty pastel dreamscapes, unicorns and fairies were special favorites of hers. Her friends which mostly comprised of Damon, Stiles, Adrian and D could come by Colleen's cell anytime they wanted because there was always an extra empty bunk.
At least there was an extra bunk until Colleen saw Charlie's distress call on the network. She already knew it was only a matter of time before the other people in the prison beckoned her towards them. So C took it upon herself to check the girl out for herself. She hoped for the best, hoped that Charlie was cool and girly and could be patient with the permanent sugar high that Colleen was on. She just wanted to scope things out before they got to the prison. The worst case scenario was that Charlie wouldn't be cool and Colleen would make up some stories about man eating alligators who lived at the prison or something. That seemed totally logical to the young slayer.
She set off into the wilderness armed with her usual baseball bat. It was her weapon of choice these days. There was just something satisfying about the sickening crunch of crushing a zombie skull with it. She had her stake on her too although she prayed she wouldn't have to use it. She followed Charlie's coordinates until she was standing in front of an abandoned carnival.
"Dude, could you have picked a creepier place to hide?" she asked as she stepped through the gates. "Hellloooooo? Charlie? New roommate? Where you at, hooker?!"
