While he certainly hadn't perfected the technique, Wesley had gotten pretty good with dreams as well. It was certainly something that he had learned quite well with working with Faith. She had a strong mind for bad dreams, so it helped to try and exert a little control to at least try and keep them from going toward bad places. No one needed that.
"Happy to be of service," he said, watching as she tried to touch the leaf. It wouldn't be easy for her to learn, but it was a good idea to show her that she could learn. He reached out for the same leaf, fingers brushing against it. His sense of touch was still nothing like it was when he was human, but there was the sense of something that was there when his fingers moved over the leaf, moving it between the pads of his thumb and forefinger. Finally, he let it go, happy that he had shown her that it was something that could be done, at least.
Wesley wasn't even sure that he wanted to see what was after this. For all he knew, he would wind up finding that he was in service to Wolfram & Hart. That was a true hell. He might be condemned to go to an actual hell, which is something that he suspected for what he had done to Connor. So, he was more than happy to hang around Earth in limbo for the rest of the planet's days, helping out who he could. He didn't think it would earn him a spot in heaven, though. He didn't think things really worked like that.
