She was definitely more freaked out than she was letting on. But Carol was going to take a deep breath and do her best to process all the new information rather than start panicking. Panicking wouldn't help anyone.
She nodded slightly at his words. Treat them like normal people. She'd do that if only because she didn't know who the vampires even were. She wondered, though, how many were occupying the prison.
"I will." She watched him for a moment, nodding again. "All right. Be careful. Come see me when you're back." She kept her words casual. "Maybe we can grab a bite to eat together or something."
