Who: Kat & Dante What: Playing in the snow When: Backdated to a little after the Storm of the Century plot! (yeah. late. i know.) Warnings: None!
In all her years, Kat had never actually witnessed snow. It was something Limbo City never had or could even dream of having. It was too dark, too seedy for anything like this to even exist. She heard about it of course, who hadn't? But she never knew what it felt like or what it looked like right in front of her own two eyes. Pictures could do a lot of the work but like all things, it was probably a little different in person. Limbo City and its Limbo counterpart had been all she had ever known. Being in a place where she couldn't access Limbo was weird, daunting and still left her feeling a bit out of sorts, even if Limbo was one of the last places you wanted to be in.
Once the storm had ended, Kat decided that it was time to at least venture out and see what the big fuss was about it. Donning a pair of jeans and boots along with her hoodie, she made her way out of the prison and into the town itself, shivering but smiling as she balled up some snow in her hand. So she'd be freezing later, whatever. As of right now, Kat thought freezing to death would be worth playing out in the snow for the moment. She scooped up some more, tossing it into the air and letting out a rather gleeful laugh as it fell down on her.
She rubbed her nose, sniffling a bit though clearly very happy as she frolicked a bit, stopping for a moment to look around before she flopped down onto the grown and began to make a snow angel. Wasn't that something everyone did in the snow? Kat paused, looking up at the sky for a moment and then letting out a soft sigh as she lay there. It probably wasn't smart to just lie there but for a few moments, she felt that it was okay. Maybe having a little happiness was okay.
