Robin/Neal
"Well then, for you, I'll see what I can do." He grinned and finished off his glass just before they began to dance. She and Peter had been working together on sentry and from what he'd seen of her outside of her on his television, Robin seemed like a lot of fun to be around. Plus, she enjoyed a good glass of wine and that wasn't a fault in anyone ever.
"What can I say? It's one of my hidden talents and I'm dead serious. Anytime just give me a shout and it's yours." The reason he'd considered the party in the first place was because he'd built up a stock that needed to be gone through. It had wiped him out but he was slowly starting to add to it but perhaps a bit more selectively this time than before. He didn't want to make it for the sake of making it. It was an art after all.
"I wouldn't say no to that cigar either. I don't indulge in the habit often, but there are always special occasions." He smiled and spun her out from him as they danced and then pulled her back to him. It had been a long time since he'd had the chance to dance like this. Knowing Shannon was elsewhere in the room, he'd have to find her later and get down on the dance floor.
"I hope keeping Peter out of trouble hasn't been too difficult for you," he teased. "He's a hard one to keep in line, that one."
