Once they were outside and Neal started to get nervous that they'd be caught by Mr. FBI, Adrian smiled and swung his arm over his shoulders. "Not to worry, friend. Even if we do bump into him, I've got us all covered. No one will even know that we're gone until we're well on our way out of here." Patting his back, he gave him a nod and they set off for the gate. Christian and Lissa weren't likely to be thrilled he was taking Jill out and about either, so Adrian was keeping his eyes open too. The only difference there was that he couldn't compel the cousins.
"Signing out with myself, Jill Dragomir, and Neal Caffrey," Adrian said in his best imitation of a royal Moroi's voice. Yes, he may have truly been royal but that didn't mean he acted it, well, ever.
Peter didn't seem to be in sight which was probably for the best since Adrian didn't want to make Neal worry about him the entire time they were gone if he had needed to compel him to let them leave. Instead, he put on a smile for the sentry guard who seemed to be questioning their leaving and turned on the compulsion just enough to pass.
"We each have our buddy and we're going to leave the prison now. You don't need to tell anyone that we left."
They locked eyes and the familiar glossed over look came across their face and then suddenly letting the three of them outside of the gates seemed like the best idea in the world. Adrian loved when people saw things his way.
"And we're off," He said to the pair and turned to Jill. The snow was packed down a little from where people had tried to get it under control outside the gate but in front of them were snow drifts several feet high and lots more in between. "Time to do your thing, Jill."
