Who: Selene and OPEN Where: Selene's house in the woods When: This evening What: Selene is lonely and indulges in some keyboard consolation Warnings: TBA
It was a synthesized keyboard, but they had come a long way since the first time Selene had heard one. Plugged into the amplifier, it sounded better than the small spinnet she had in her room at the Chateau - burned with everything else when Marcus went on his rampage.
Erin was off doing whatever teenage werewolves did when they weren't wolfing. Neither Claire nor Eliot had responded to her offer. Faith had lied to her, cut her out of the loop, and the fighting groups Connor was putting together seemed to be open to prison residents only. Apparently six centuries of combat experience still gave a real vampire nothing to contribute, even though she'd led fighting units and trained Death Dealers in the past. Natasha hadn't responded to her comment about not being trusted.
She'd done a few sweeps around the prison - without getting shot by one of the sentrys, or even shot at, which was a pleasant change - but there was nothing much happening so she had returned home and set a small fire in the fireplace before eating a rather spartan meal and sitting down to play. Selene wasn't really bothered by the cold, and neither was her electronic keyboard, so she left the front door open for the fresh air. It wasn't like anyone or anything could sneak up on her.
Not in the mood for jazz or rock or traditional classical, she thought for a moment, and then did her best to lose herself in a Touhou improv.
