Funny thing about machine guns was that, while they packed a punch, they were still just bullets. They knocked her back a little and shredded the dress she was wearing a little more, but other than that it really wasn’t a bit deal for her.
“A vampire with a machine gun. Compensating for something?” Glory asked, turning toward him with a grin. Yeah, she was really just annoyed with all of this. If her dress got shredded too much more, it was likely going to fall off of her. She rushed forward, likely moving as simply a blur to Alec’s eyes and more just teleporting as far as Steve could tell, slamming into him and knocking Alec back against a tree.
“Fair warning, I tend to suck the brains out of people when I get bored, and you guys are NOT keeping me entertained, anymore,” she pointed out to them. Right now, what she would really love was a nice bubble bath. Being shot kind of itched, especially when it happened over and over, and she wanted to burn her dress.
“So, either of you gonna make this interesting or do I need to start eating soon?”
