Staring at the picture, Caroline did frown in confusion. It looked like a nice street, but the houses had been burned down. It also didn't look like they were burned by accident. Who knew really? Maybe it was from trying to rid the neighborhood of zombies. Maybe it was looting and vandalism. Still, it wasn't until Spencer began to talk that she felt the anger surge through her.
How dare GG and this A person continue to terrorize others?! Why would someone go so far to torment Spencer when she had managed to survive to make it to Everett. No you can't outrun your past. Not even in an apocalypse. The ghost invasion proved that, but this was a bit much.
"I'm sorry. I have no idea what is even left of my home, but this is particularly cruel." She moved to sit down next to her. Maybe they shouldn't linger. Maybe they should right back, but she knew she hated when people saw her cry. She had a feeling the tall thin brunette felt the same way.
"Who is A? GG may have reported this, but someone had to take the picture and the message was from A. I remember Emily mentioning GG had nothing on her. You both have been terrorized for awhile by this psycho haven't you?"
Caroline knew a bit about being terrorized. She grew up in Mystic Falls, it came with the territory. This was different though. This was cruel in a different way. Meant to intimidate psychologically. But what would come next?
She didn't point out this must mean that A was nearby. Great. GG had a playmate. "Spencer, I'll rip this A's throat out if she tries to lay a finger on you or your friends." Sadly, she was being literal. You didn't need to turn off your humanity switch to have it in you to put an end to psychos.
