Who: Zoey and Reid Garwin What: Zoey's on patrol and Reid steps into her Katherine's territory Where: Just outside Madame Katherine's house of funtimes When: Late afternoon Warnings: Perhaps. Will update if necessary.
Zoey was getting a little bored with her new life. Sure, she had all the creature comforts that a post apocalyptic girl could ask for. Katherine kept her well fed, well clothed, fat full of any weapon her little heart could desire and as an added bonus, a roof over her head every night. Zoey had made a few improvements on her room little by little while Katherine wasn't looking. If she was going to be the pet tiger she was going to be the most pampered pet tiger ever.
Or maybe she just wanted Katherine to step to her. It wasn't like Zoey was dying to go head to head with a vampire, she knew she didn't stand a chance with them. But maybe she just liked it when things were difficult. Ha. She could almost picture Francis chuckling about it now. He would definitely agree with her about liking to do things the difficult way. Sometimes simple was boring and if there was one thing Zoey would never want to be, it was boring.
She sighed as she soaked up the late afternoon rays of sunshine as they beat down over the top of Katherine's house. It was daytime which meant that the number of vampires who could visit were significantly reduced. Days were slow, spent lazily picking off zombies. Zoey gave herself ten points for every head shot she made. She had lost count of how many points she had racked up somewhere around five hundred.
With her tongue poking between her lips she steadied the scope of the new sniper rifle Katherine had gotten her. It was seriously boss with a silencer that was a bare whisper compared to her old automatic shotgun.
She was looking through the scope when a blond boy came into view. She narrowed her eye at him, racking her memory for recognition. Hadn't she talked to this guy on the network? She thought so but wasn't sure. Either way his head was directly in her crosshairs.
