Cecilia knelt down at the side of the pool to drag Neptune out, and while the dog was reluctant to go, he wouldn't disobey Cecilia, either. She managed to find a towel to wrap around him, then scooped him up into her arms to carry him. Better that than track water everywhere. "I'll bring you back later and you can swim," she promised, kissing the top of his wet head.
"Pam will probably want to bury them," Cecilia guessed. Just a wide guess, but she had a feeling it was pretty close to the mark. "For the rest of us, it'll just be a matter of gathering and bagging them."
