It was instinctual for Owen to step forward and reach out to keep Cecilia from pressing that button, but she did it, and he let his hand fall back to his side, his eyes watching the doors with tense anticipation. He wasn't sure what he expected, but he was visibly relieved to see the elevator empty.
Owen glanced at Georgie before looking back at the lift. He could understand if she was feeling some trepidation. They were all feeling it, most likely. "Well... it's here for a reason," he said, sounding almost resigned to the fact that they needed to step onto the elevators and find out where it led. Either it was going to make it easier to navigate the house, or it was going to do down... and who knew what they would find there. For some reason he didn't think this was a trick.
Owen stepped onto the elevators and held his arm out to keep the doors open in case they were automatic like the ones out in the real world. "Who's coming?"
