Noah felt weird about staying when she'd just gotten down here and was suddenly leaving, but at the same time, he didn't feel like he knew her well enough to insist on accompanying her. Maybe a little cuddle time with her kitten would help. Maybe the long elevator ride down here had been too strange for her. No way to know, really.
