This had been happening all day. Every time the thing cried, screamed, anything that made it sound alive Juno felt like she was having a heart attack. There was every chance that she would get used to it eventually, but for today it was terrifying; one of her biggest fears manifest - to a point. Being a mother was about the worst thing she imagined herself to ever become, the thing she would be the very worst at in life. And here she was, having to be it. And worst, she couldn't help but show it. She couldn't fake being alright, Juno knew the terror was all over her face all the time.
While Marco had his epiphany Juno stared at him expressionless, the terror having subsided a little after he tried to get Marquito to shush once again. She shrugged. "/Whatever you wanna do, I'm with you. And yeah, I'm not feeling like being forgiving if they go there./
Juno sighed heavily as if to release the tension from her body. "So, I don't mean to be that kind of wife, I don't wanna spend your hard-earned money on frivolities, but I really do need to know if you have any so I can go shopping for necessities tomorrow on my break."
