Who: Lila and Lennon
When: Morning
Where: C39 - Outside her home.
The whole idea was laughable. Playing a game of make believe in the 1950s to win points. Lila was rather good at playing pretend, although she's never done it quite to this extent. The wedding ring on her finger made her snicker. Lila Simms. She was betting he was just thrilled, waking up in a new place, still locked away. And now he had a dutiful wife who laundered clothes and begged the Sheriff for his release. Please. She wasn't happy to be in such a shitty house, wearing a ridiculously shabby dress, but at least she was alone. The worst part was having to work for money and not knowing how long the damn game was going to last. Did they have exotic dancers in the 1950s? Maybe she could prostitute herself for some cash.
Snickering again, Lila folded the paper and slipped it back into the READ ME enveloped. Her hair was pinned up away from her face, her dress and apron clearly the mark of a lower class citizen. One who washed people's clothes. Oh god. Maybe she could get her jollies by shrinking everything.
But damn, did she want a few prizes herself. Lila didn't much care about the renovated kitchen, or the tools. But being able to have a laptop, or choosing the purpose of the next shop in Zenith... that might be worth playing along. And it wasn't as if she couldn't have fun as an ExB member. There could be plenty to do here to fuck up the experience for others. Would she lose points that way? There was only one way to find out.
Lila opened the front door and stepped outside. It was really a sight to behold, this underground bunker place. The houses were lined up, the grass fake. It was so... surreal. Lila stepped down off the small porch, wondering who she might be living next to.
