Theo followed Kai's nod toward the window, fingers pressed to her mouth as she chewed on her cereal. She shook her head, hand descending once again for more breakfast. "Uh, no, I think it's only been a few days? Two? I've never lived anywhere with snow, period, so this is a little weird to me. I've heard that the weather is kinda controlled around here? Sorta? So this sounds better than a hurricane."
A smile curled over her face; what Kai was describing was something she was familiar with, though she'd never actively participated in such a situation. "Yeah, I get that. There're people who'll pay good money for that kinda kink. Usually it's between two consenting parties, but..." She shrugged, dropping more cereal into her mouth. "Not like there's anything we can do about it now." She suppressed a shiver over the thought that they'd taken a few people out of the house, holed them up wherever, only to put them back in. Theo shoved the impending curiosity about their all-inclusive inevitable fate and switched subjects.
"So, you're hair," she commented. "Unless you're, I don't know, a mutant or something, how the hell have you kept it that color?"
