"Yes to the bar, if you mean that billiards room over there," Theo replied, pointing in the direction of the room she'd described. "I've only heard faint legends of the hot tub, have yet to see it myself. But, yeah, I'd say the snow puts the kabosh on any skinny dipping you might've had in mind."
She turned away from Kai for a moment to start poking through the shelves. "As for in here," she continued, "a fire happened. I don't know who or what or when." Theo shrugged, finally pulling a too-large bowl out for her aforementioned cereal, once she located it. "It happened before I got here. Everyone else keeps shaking it off, so I'm glad you're someone else surprised by the state of things.
"So," she added. "What else was around when you were here last? Asking out of curiosity."
