"Cheer you up?" It seemed incredibly strange that the people or thing or entity or whatever that had kidnapped them would care about their mental well being. Then again, Theo knew that her grandmother had had the best of intentions in keeping her and Abel away from their parents, so maybe it wasn't that much of a stretch. A wavering smile passed over her face at Kai's antics; she was definitely the least weird person Theo had ever encountered, and if anything, she reminded the tattoo-laden young woman of home. "I guess people should start calling you Rapunzel, but then you'd have to grow out your hair."
The last reaction, however, was a surprise. "Uh, yeah. You didn't, when you were here?"
