She rubbed the other woman's hands for want of something to do; it had been something Abel had done when trying to get her to calm down after being locked in the closet for hours on end. Normally, she wasn't the one on the giving end of TLC, but since she'd experienced it so many times Theo thought she was doing all right so far.
"Oh god, I am so the wrong person to ask about that," she replied to the woman's question about being alone. "I've only been here a couple of days. People keep telling me that stuff happens, but nothing has, at least not yet... But I mean, that doesn't mean you were the only one? Who do you remember from...you know, before?" She edged around the terms locked up and alone, completely in uncharted territory when it came to figuring out what this woman needed.
