Who ? Braylen and O Where ? Braylen's room When ? Tuesday afternoon What ? Cabin Fever
O always tried to remain optimistic, it made everything easier to handle on a daily basis and certainly beat being glum and negative. The longer winter went on, the harder it was for him to find good things to dwell on. He hated having to bundle up in so many layers to go outside and how every time he did and returned home all of his clothes were wet from the melting snow. He hated the usually cloudy, over cast sky and missed the sun and busying himself with Mr. Smith and his two sons wasn't enough enough to take the edge off. He wanted everything to melt, to be able to go outside in bare feet , to be able to start his gardening again!
He realized he was really scraping for a silver lining when he tried to alleviate his frustration and cabin fever by focusing on food. While his other chores and duties to the leader of the Project had been fulfilled, O had time to himself, to cook for himself, so he'd loaded a bunch of ingredients into a bag, grabbed some tools and his crock pot, and shuffled down the hallway to Braylen's room. He hadn't seen Braylen in a long time but not so long that he doubted his ability to make him feel good.
Knocking on his door O tried to wait patiently with his arms full of stuff. "Braylen!" He called out through the door. "I'm here to make you lunch."
