Who: Daniel & Bristol Where: the non-sucky Chinese place! When: Thursday evening What: it's not a date!
It was too cold to wait for Bristol outside the Chinese place so Daniel stood just inside the door waiting instead. The Chinese place wasn't busy on a Thursday night, but it smelled good and the staff so far had been friendly. Ash Wednesday was over and Lent had begun, so he wore jeans and an untucked white button up shirt with an orange argyle sweater over it and a black winter jacket. He hadn't intended to get semi-dressed up for tonight, but he was in desperate need to do laundry and the shirt was mostly clean though the wrinkles gave it away so the sweater hid those. When left to his own devices, Daniel really lived like he was still in college. There was no reason for him not too.
Hopefully, she would get there soon, he was hungry, though he couldn't really blame anyone but himself right now since e had arrived early. Resisting the urge to munch on those little fried noodle things, he entertained himself by reading the specials for the day in Chinese.
