to the amazing lineart,
i cannot stress enough at how much i love this community. after a year and half hiatus from rp, i very naively jumped right into ~supersuit and got caught up in writing again (even though i had no idea what the hell i was doing). when ~supersuit closed, i thought about dropping for good again, but i had come to love interacting with everyone that i gave it another shot. and holy hell, i'm so glad that i did. in the last year i have met some of the most talented writers that are on this website. i've seen so many lines and characters develop organically that it makes my head want to explode from happiness. there is always something going on, always something to throw my character into that i do believe this place will never get boring.
to the mods: you guys are seriously the most dedicated mod team that i've ever seen in a community. you're always there to help with a problem, answer a question promptly, and come up with awesome plots for cv weeks. i think you guys get a lot more shit than deserved, and any time there is something the community disagrees on, you guys work ten times harder to keep this place running. i've never seen that sort of dedication from a mod team before. we're very lucky to have you guys. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!
pelvicmagic/cardtricks: i have to start this off with the person who is the sole reason that i'm in this community to begin with. if it hadn't been for your pbads plea for rogue i would probably have a life. KIDDING (somewhat). but the fact that you and i just started writing without knowing each other ooc and developing such an intricate backstory by nothing more than a few sentences of "here is their very vague history" really helped my writing. all of the characters you write are hilarious, well thought out, and you always come up with the best wrenches to throw at their faces. i know that if i need some drama in my line, all i need to do is talk to you because when it comes to us, we are legit down for writing anything. this could turn into a two page, cited essay on why i love writing with you. but i don't need people throwing up in their mouths. thank you for helping me love writing again, i look forward to all of the controlled drama we throw at our characters.
regenerative: there is nothing more satisfying to me than having a general idea for a character and line and seeing it develop into so much more. literally (in chris traeger's voice), every line we have has started off with something so simple and turned into so much more. from anna and jack's friendship, to harper and jack's ridiculously insane love, there is not one time i can recall where my character interacting with yours hasn't been a blast. together we come up with the most ridiculous scenes, narratives, and ideas. i haven't met someone quite as easygoing as you are when it comes to writing and i appreciate it so much. you are so dedicated and such an amazing writer, you really deserve so much more credit than you're given. your wade wilson is better than the real comic wade wilson, i'm 110% sure. please call up fox and demand they cast you as deadpool and give ryan reynolds the shove.
magnets: as a loyal romy fan, you know that writing rogueneto goes against all i stand for... but DAMMIT, the first time we had anna and max interact i knew that they had something. their relationship is one of my favorites because it brings out a side of anna that i didn't really get to write. max is one of the best sources for character development for anna and i thank you so much for that. you are a loyal writing partner and always stay true to your character, which is so admirable. i can't wait to see all of the crap that happens with them, both good and bad, and i'm so glad you agreed to bring him back.
totality: anna and beth's friendship is one of the best ones that i have ever written. minus their mutual attraction to each other, i know that beth is always there for anna and i'm pretty sure that anna isn't used to that. i look forward to writing them more and having anna freakout over her not relationship relationship to beth. who will need to guide her. hopefully by telepathy because girlfriend is mental.
metamorphic: what is better than a best friend in the au who she is always arguing/bathing/drinking with and a crazy adoptive mother in the cv who she's continually threatening to maim? i love the way you write mystique, and you have amazing ideas. i'm so glad her and anna have a line, even if half of the time it's on rocky terms because they're both stubborn to all hell.
xweapon: anna and james are always at each other's throats, but that's what makes it so interesting. i love your ability to allow things to happen organically and stick to it 100%. it's always a pleasure writing with you!
alergare all i'm going to say is you didn't see that coming?
to the ladies, blindfold, discoball, tempestas: since i just brought anna back i know there hasn't been a lot of interaction between them, but anna considers all of these ladies her closest friends. i look forward to writing more ladies nights for them, hosting more chats where they all talk about naughty things, lingerie, and of course... shoes. their interactions are always hilarious and i love all of your characters so, so much.
pinup: although their friendship is "new", harper already loves the hell out of roman. i look forward to them interacting more!
aper the same with harper, their friendship is new but i love how well they get along. it's nice to know that someone can put up her crazy banter/ideas/sayings. and her love of animals, which means that their apartment will soon look like a zoo, i'm sure.
florist, outsider, hawkingbird, caretaker, stealth, enforced, terrigenesis, thermo, venombound, wonders, and excarnie: my characters have interacted with yours on a few occasions and i admire all of them from afar. i look forward to more interactions with them!
i'm sorry if i missed anyone, i seriously love everyone in this community. it's so rare to find somewhere that is active, actually focused on writing (holy thread and narrative capital of ij), and continually keep us on our toes. lineart does that, and it's mostly because everyone there is just downright phenomenal.
I LOVE EVERYONE IN THIS BAR!
love, xoxo gossip girl
