Challenge Rules for Writers

1. You must write a minimum of 1,000 (due in May) or 10,000 words (due in August). There is no maximum length.
2. The central focus must be on m/m characters ( m/f/m is also welcome) from any fandom
3. You're welcome to post your story on your own journal or site, but please post a link with a proper header to the community for archiving purposes.
4. Stories cannot be posted prior to your assigned posting date.
5. You can choose to either write a story OR create art,or both.
6. Please get your stories beta'ed.

1. You must agree to create at least one piece of art (May deadline) or a multi-part art piece (August deadline)

A couple of "Brainstorming Parties" will take place from March 18 thru March 22nd & April 4th thru April 7th. Everyone is welcome to join, share ideas, offer up prompts, exchange source material, pics ... It's a party! Anything goes! I'll be 'checkin' in' with you guys a couple of weeks before posting begins.


April 2nd - Writers will be asked to submit a working title and summary for their story. These titles/summaries can be used as prompts for any artists interested in illustrating for one of the stories or for fanmixers willing to put their talent to work and provide some extra inspiration for our writers/artists.

A staggered posting date begins on May 1st. You will post on your assigned date.
