Green rubbed his hands together and clambered higher up onto a hay bale. He waved his arms about and then made shushing motions with them for the students standing beneath. "Back up now m'boys, m'dears, back up, there we are, good on." He nodded and capered in a spritely manner ill-suited to his more than seventy years. "Right then, our reigning king is about to show us what for." He tapped Piotr smartly on the head with his pencil sword, "Eh, what what, get on with the metal then lad. Get on with it." He made sort of a shooing motion with his free hand and then brandished the sword again.
Kitty didn't notice Piotr was with the punkin chunkin kids until he called out to her, which meant that she had missed the gawking. She rose up onto her tiptoes and bounced in place, waving to him. "Sure, Piotr." Then she jogged over towards them and smiled at him. "What do you need my help with?" the girl asked, putting her bag and mask down on Professor Green's haybale. She had thought she'd be cold and had planned to wear a pair of nude hose under her costume but it had been unseasonably warm instead so her legs were bare beneath that skirt.
