Well, she certainly hadn't smelled anything on Hank that would've sent up a little red flag. But Dr. McCoy wasn't likely to come to work smelling of freshly spilled blood, now was he? He would've taken special care to clean up - not only to cover up his own tracks, but because it wouldn't exactly sanitary in a medlab environment. He seemed dedicated enough to find a cure for this disease after all, and even though she could certainly see the appeal in something that would increase basically every physical and genetically enhanced attribute about yourself, Beast didn't strike her as power-hungry.
.... of course, that all could've changed the moment he had been turned.
Whatever was going on with him ran deep. Much deeper than Logan probably thought, anyway. He was angry and wanted a reason a lash out at Beast. He wanted an excuse to go after him and if he had been out, hunting humans as they expected, that was almost reason for her to let him act on it. Almost. But Hank was a friend and someone she wanted to trust. She'd do this the old-fashioned way first before she'd allow violence to be added to the equation.
"I think I'll do that," she said, nodding her agreement. "Until I do that, try not to let your emotions get the better of you." She knew that was a lot to ask of Wolverine, but she was looking at him to set an example for the those who might be looking for an excuse to further alienate or attack those infected with the Upir Virus. She'd also prefer to not encourage those who were actually infected with the disease to revert to or continue isolating themselves, or to think they had to flee the mansion.
