I'm sure you might find this hard to believe, but I'm not the girl I was before the flare. I'm afraid I've changed a bit, and he's been struggling to accept that. And I don't know if you heard but, well, I had to reprimand him at one point. Things have been a bit strained since then. But if you'd like to talk to him, I can request he join us."
She sipped her water again, absently peeling at the label on the plastic bottle. "I honestly had not considered my dreams to be anything more than a reflection of my own stress. In fact, I'm still not convinced, seeing as they started around the time when I assumed control of the team."
