The way he'd worded that, it sounded like he was implying she was sneaking around with boys, but no, he clarified before she could be completely amused at the idea of him worrying about her love life and wondering if Pietro had put him up to it. His next sentence cleared that concern up though, and she eyed him thoughtfully before she answered.
"Not to put too fine a point on it, no, I suppose I haven't been sleeping all that well. Or rather, I wasn't. The last few nights I've managed all right, but I have had my share of bad dreams of late, like so many others."
She kicked her combat boot clad feet up onto her desk and leaned back in her chair as she thought about it. She hadn't brought them up with many people, but she'd heard a few people mention that they hadn't been sleeping well at practice. She hadn't thought too much of it, but dreams were such a private matter, it did make her wonder how universal they'd been.
