Match stayed quiet as all the others reacted, glowing eyes on the floor as he thought. The longer the indecision went on within him, the more his own temper rose. He was doing his best to keep it in but he was pretty likely to snap at people now. His flames flared a bit more as he listened to Shatterstar. He bit his tongue to hold in the sarcastic remarks that sprang to mind.
When he felt Rictor's gaze on him, Match looked up at him. The flaming man stared at the earth shaker for a moment and then his gaze returned to Havok. He saw the grin shot to Lorna and the mention of having support and his frown just deepened. It turned into a full on scowl at the mention of Alex remaining their friend. The Acolytes were the only people at the Haven Match felt any kind of real connection with. He had been friends with Jamie and really liked the man but ever since the latest 'I am the real Jamie' dupe showed up, Match hadn't spent as much time with his friend. The Acolytes were the people he viewed as his family. The only ones he felt actually cared. The team splitting up hurt.
"I'm out," he said, avoiding looking at Havok. He had his doubts about friendship remaining. Ben was thinking Alex might head over to the X-men now, which in a worst case scenario in his mind meant that they could end up facing one another in a fight. The X-men standing in the way of some objective. He wondered what'd happen to the whole friends thing there. Glowing eyes glanced to Lorna and then Shatterstar. The fiery man had no doubts on to where they were going and felt a little stab of jealousy. He knew Shatterstar would be going wherever Rictor did and he had a pretty good idea that Lorna would be sticking by Alex. He didn't know what was going on with those two but the way Alex had reacted so explosively while on the mission and the fact that Alex had shot that grin towards Lorna when mentioning the way Ric would support Star had the fiery man thinking to there was something going on there. He wasn't interested in finding out what it was or if he was right at the moment though. He had made an assumption and was jealous of what he thought he saw. To quickly distract himself from it, Match looked to Frederick to see where he was going. Sure the guy had blown up at him for no reason Match could figure out but he was still a teammate. Ben was curious where he was going.
