James had been shadowing Logan. Not so much because he was worried about what Logan might do to anyone else, but because he was concerned what his friend might do to himself. Being prone to the whole 'kill everything involved with it' mindset himself, he perhaps had an idea of where Logan was. Such an action would be suicidal for most people, without the other man's healing abilities. Even if it wasn't suicidal, though, it would be stupid. At least alone.
Though Warpath was aware of what had occurred involving Gabe, the sad fact of the matter was he didn't care that much. Casualties happened. It was unfortunate that this particular one had resulted in a very public terrorist event, though. If anyone knew Gabe had been at the Haven it was going to bring a horribly unwelcome amount of attention to this place. Maybe even the kind of investigations he very much wanetd to avoid. Still, those problems had not yet manifested. If they did, they'd be dealt with.
As was typical, the big man was aware of his surroundings. Cable's presence had been noted, but the older man seemed to be speaking with one of the healers. Since he seemed to be quite composed in the midst of everyone else breaking down, James turned his attention back to Logan.
The grim expression probably would have put off most people, but James didn't give a shit. Just walked over to the smaller man and spoke quietly, eyes actually showing a hint of concern. A sign of how much he actually liked and trusted Logan, and of how worried he was. "You look like hell warmed over."
