hi everyone! i wanted to throw this up before i actually post ic for him, but this is lucius malfoy. i'm sure i don't need to get too into who he is or anything, but i would love to figure out who he's friends with, who maybe he begrudgingly trusts and maybe people he's had run ins with in the past. i have that he's not on the board of governor's for hogwarts yet, he mostly just helps run malfoy apothecary. as per canon, he's high up with the death eaters, but he's also very good about being hands-off so it's never him who gets in trouble. anyways! i am down for whatever!

oh god, where do i even begin? she's a pureblood death eater wife cliche, socialite, and just recently started up a perfume shop with ~ktnott. she and narcissa are good friends, so either way they would definitely know each other. personality wise, she's not really on board with the death eater stuff because she isn't into the murdering and torture, but she'll do it if she has to, like if something/someone close to her is threatened. along with that, ev is your typical snobby, stubborn type, with high taste etc etc. currently, she is also pregnant with twins, so yay! she also has two brothers: telias and ethanto! their mother has some questionable rumors, because she has married like 5 different times and they all ended in sudden, suspicious ways kind of like blaise zabini's mother because that was my inspiration haha. i'm going to stop before i ramble on, but there is a lot of info in her journal if you want an even more tldr version!

	i'm sure lucius is always as friendly as he gets with narcissa's friends because he would do anything to make her happy, still, he can be a tough nut to crack. i think as long as she never talked badly about de stuff, he would never think twice about her not being too into the murder and torture. he isn't either, really (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	this is why i love the malfoys though!! they were like my favorites from beginning and especially in the end, when narcissa straight lies to voldemort to save draco haha. they might butt heads from time to time, mostly because evelyn is always the one telling them to be careful and not get caught lol (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	i'm guessing they were probably at slytherin around the same time, so maybe they were friends back then since as he's gotten older and has the politics have gotten crazy, lucius is definitely more careful about trusting people he doesn't know? (Reply to this) (Parent)

run is a cold, cold girl covered up with a million smiles. she is very talented at what she does and her customer service is next to none because her facade is on point. she seems like the sweetest girl in the world, kind and giving and even naive to a point. don't let her fool you (actually, do) because it's not entirely the truth. she is more than completely capable and rather broken inside. oh and she is always listening, so careful what you say. she has been out of work for a bit recently though because she was hurt in a dragon attack in london on the 16th.

	lucius is always pretty careful, i doubt he trusts much of anyone outside of his wife, so i think that's fine. as long as she's capable and friendly with customers, he would be fine. i'm sure he's as understanding as he gets about her recuperating (Reply to this) (Parent)

they are the same year in hogwarts, and while different houses, i thought it might be an interesting dynamic, if she had a close friend, an old childhood friend, who was now on opposite sides from her. as he's a death eater and she's an auror. gives her (and maybe him depending on what you want to do) that whole conundrum of 'well i know he's bad, but he's never been a bad person to me' and might even give her pause when she finds him doing something shady and she actually turns a blind eye to a lot of what he does. tweaks can be made but the idea

	i like that idea. there's also the added twist that lucius never gets caught doing anything, so it could almost be she catches him doing something suspicious and she's like... but he's not bad to me and no one has ever seen him do anything he shouldn't be doing (Reply to this) (Parent)

	ALTHOUGH she is half-blood and the malfoy's have always been a bit of sticklers about blood purity but if that reputation wouldn't have bothered her in school, like she saw past what people thought about him and thought he could change even though obvs not (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	and that's kind of what makes it even better, the one friend he has who is half-blood and for some reason they are buds. i like the idea of he so rarely gets caught anytime she finds him its like 'ugh lucius stop doing that' and he's just like shrug. then of course no one ever finds out (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
