Who: Alicia Spinnet and George Weasley When: February 7, 1999; early afternoon Where: Mungo's Entrance way and Ali's flat What: Ali goes to drop off her dad's medical journals to Mungo's, when she has a run in with George who, in turn, offers to take the journals to look over and possibly keep. Ali then offers to let George burn things, which takes them back to Alicia's flat and they continue the day burning some written letters to Ali's Mum after folding them into paper airplanes. ( You should at least fold them into little airplanes first )
