Leslie lived for moments like these standing in front of what would be a group of people, hashing out issues, hearing their voices, brainstorming for ideas. It gave her an adrenaline rush unlike any other. She loved public service, and though she had no real government role in Marrowood she was going to be a concerned citizen and do what she did best. If there wasn't a real government (and the thought of that scared her to death) then they wouldn't have a problem with her rallying the citizens the way she was planning to. They'd make their own government, like Lord of the Flies except without killing each other. That would be bad.
She arrived at the club, a broad smile upon her face as she saw the area that Jeanette had set up for them. Leslie wasn't sure how many people would show up exactly, but she was sure there was more than enough space for them all. She moved slowly to the front of the room where there was a single microphone on a stand set up for the meeting. Her fingers grazed over it slowly. This was it. This moment and all the other moments like it was what Leslie needed in this place. It felt normal, and she desperately needed that.
OOC: I will make sub-threads for the different topics, and if your character is so inclined to speak regarding that topic then reply there. Also, if you want to use the forum as a setting for a conversation between you and another character then totally feel free. People could be there and not at all interested in what Leslie is saying. There is a table set up with snack foods and drinks, and Leslie's very own pizza (it's delicious, it's made by Leslie with love!)
