"You can't get a grip on them because you were never given the chance," Anna protested, and she believed that firmly. Mistakes were made. Locking Elsa away because they didn't understand her or what she could do was wrong - it didn't make their parents terrible people, it just meant they made the wrong decision which everyone did sometimes. "But now you have the chance. Elsa, you're so full of life and...and...vigor and you have just as much of a right as anyone to live and experience everything. If you learned more about your powers, learned to control them, then they wouldn't control you."
And she wouldn't have to live in fear of hurting anyone, especially her sister. Anna wasn't afraid anyway, but she didn't want Elsa to be that way either. "There are other people here with powers and things...maybe they have tips about controlling them? It has to be similar, sort of?" she suggested, still playing with Elsa's hair. "You can do this, Elsa. While we're here, make the best of it and you can do this."
