Rosalind was definitely determined, and eager to find answers to this place they were all trapped within. It had proved frustrating to both Luteces that they had yet to figure out a way to escape. It might have caused other physicists to question their own intellect in the face of such a challenge, but for Robert and Rosalind it was purely fuel for the task at hand. They had never shirked away from anything difficult before, and they would not start now.
As Killian spoke Robert found himself with more questions than answers. He, nor Rosalind, had ever encountered a wraith, or ghoul, or zombie that the pirate was describing. Magic and the like was a completely new idea for them, and in many way they were starting from scratch when it came to creating hypotheses. Except for the one that Rosalind had come up with Killian - that magic was an advanced form of science, the kind where individuals were able to bend and manipulate the usual laws of physics. This would be something that the twins would need to study more.
Before Robert had a chance to answer he noticed that his sister was far ahead of them, and standing in front of the sign that read "Nocturne Hall Hospital & Asylum". She was still, and the device on her wrist was only then beginning to glow. There was excitement coursing through Rosalind's veins, and she turned to her companions, a bright look in her eye to reflect her exhilaration.
"There is definitely an electromagnetic field around this place, and I think it will get stronger the closer we get to the building itself." Rosalind pressed forward without waiting for Robert and Killian, the device on her wrist glowing brighter with each step. "Come on," she called to them. "We are so close."
