Library Rendezvous
WHO: Sawyer and Elizabeth
WHERE: The Library
WHEN: Wednesday, June 11, afternoon-ish
WHAT: A thoughtful, introspective conversation about literature...more or less.
WARNINGS: Language, maybe? Shameless flirting definitely.
Sawyer hadn't even known there was a library before he'd seen Elizabeth Comstock mention it. He always felt a bit bereft when he didn't have a book on hand and so he decided it a fine idea to go down to the building and see if there was something to pique his interest. And if a certain someone was there when he should happen to stroll on by, well then, that was just one of life's little perks now wasn't it?
Sawyer sauntered through a few of the stacks, picking up titles and reading the book jackets for old favorites and new reads. He had a few under his arm to start: "The Fountainhead", "A Wrinkle in Time", and "Gone With the Wind". He rounded a precariously stacked tower of novels and came upon a pleasing, lithe figure organizing a large pile of books. He wondered if this was the girl he'd been conversing with...might be nice to put a face to the name.
"Miss Elizabeth," Sawyer drawled, his hip cocked out as he leaned against a nearby bookshelf. "In the flesh."
