If Robert was anything like Rosalind (and he was) he would want to learn to use the weaponry he created. There was only so much hiding he could do in the lab, and it was as Clint had said - being indoors too much was not good for anyone. And while Rosalind was not the type to be easily amused she could not help but laugh out loud at what Killian said. A blush reached her cheeks, and she closed her eyes to block out the terrible imagery that was conjured.
"I am so glad that it was you, and not I that was there for him during that time. I wouldn't have had any advice for him whatsoever. And from what I.. um... heard on occasion you taught him well."
The blush nor the laughter receded until the subject of Hawke came up. Rosalind noted the change in Killian's demeanor, and the quickened pace in his steps. A touchy subject apparently, and Rosalind wouldn't push too much. "We don't have to talk about it," she said to him. "I am just glad that you've found someone that can make you smile again. I know how hard it was when Ariel was sent away."
