Rosalind knew how it sounded but she didn't care about that. What was there to hide about the time she had been spending with Clint? They weren't engaging in illicit activities of any sort. She was learning a useful skill, and Clint was staving off boredom. It was a win-win situation if there ever was one.
"Robert did seem especially pleased with the modifications we made on the blunderbusses," she said with a grin. "Perhaps you can take him out and give him a few pointers? I think he'd appreciate it." Rosa, too, noted the darkness that seemed to surround them suddenly as they continued on the path. She looked over her shoulder at the diminishing skyline of the city. The buildings were growing smaller, or were the trees around them getting bigger and cutting out the light with its growth?
"I would love to continue our tea tradition," she said to him with a laugh. "And no, I did not take that the wrong way. There are too many familial feelings between us for it to ever go in that direction. You and Hawke, however..." Rosalind trailed off and smirked over at her friend. "I've noticed the way you and he speak over the network. It is good to see you happy again."
