Viktor,

Good evening! Hope this doesn't arrive too late, I tried sending it off this morning, but I unfortunately ran out of time to drop by the post office before work. How are you doing? Have you started refereeing the House Quidditch matches? If so how are they going? Hope the little buggers aren't giving you too much trouble. How is everything else? Have you talked to your sisters lately?

Not a whole lot going on my end at the moment. My friend Hannah is opening up her own shop, and just got the premises, and I'm going over there on Thursday to look at it, and lend a hand with whatever she needs help doing. Other than that I've just been spending time getting my winter garden together, setting it up so nothing looks suspicious to my muggle nighbours, luckily, I think I have it down now.

Anyway, I hope your day is going well. I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
Megan.

Megan,

It is not too late and I am very pleased to hear from you! I was just grading safety papers, so you have saved me however briefly. So far I have only refereed one match, apparently it is a shared duty which is a nice. My youngest sister has a new boyfriend apparently but I am not allowed to threaten him. I will wait and see if he is up to par.

Please send my congratulations to your friend, I am sure she is very pleased to have attained such an accomplishment. What are planning on growing this winter?

My day was well as it closes and I hope you rest well for tomorrow.

Viktor

Viktor,

Oh I'm glad to hear that! I was a bit worried that I might wake you or something. I do what I can to help, and saving you from reading what probably is the same four paragraphs over and over and over again, is my pleasure. Or at least I hope not, I like to think that this set of first years are a little more creative then we were back then. She does? How nice for her, and how sad for you. She just took all the fun out of sibling dating didn't she? And if he's not then I'm sure she'll understand if you crush his hand or something when you meet him, that's not technically a threat is it? Ha ha.

I will! She's thrilled, and it's really easy to catch her enthusiasm. Nothing much I'm afraid, just some winter vegetables like chives, bunching onions and radishes. I think I'm even going to try and grow some mustard. I grew a lot more last year, but my neighbours started to get suspicious, so I decided to tone it down a bit this year.

I'm glad to hear that, and I'll be sure to do that. I hope you sleep well tonight.

Megan.

Megan,

I am by nature a night owl, so unless you don't receive a reply from me quickly know that it's rarely too late. I suppose I knew it was going to happen, she wasn't going to stay unattached forever and I do want her to be happy. There are just so many scoundrels out there for me to weed out first. Enough about her.

What on earth did you grow last year that made your neighbors suspicious?
Enjoy your day

Viktor.
